AAR Care Services provides a home-like environment where seniors receive respectful, professional support to live as independently as possible. We combine individualized care plans, trained staff, and 24-hour supervision to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
Who We Serve & Eligibility
- We welcome seniors aged 55 and older, including private-pay residents and those enrolled in Minnesota waiver programs such as CADI, the Elderly Waiver (EW), and Brain Injury (BI).
- Eligibility for waiver-funded services requires a clinical/functional assessment (MnCHOICES) showing needs consistent with an institutional level of care while indicating the person can safely receive services in a community setting.
- Final authorization is determined by the county case manager and the waiver program.
- Admissions also include an individualized intake and clinical review to confirm assisted living is the right, safe setting.
